CBBS participated in the round table on business transfer of SMEs
CBBS, consulting – EU lobbying company, focused on strategic partnerships, mergers & acquisitions and lobbying at national/EU level, took part on April 9, 2015 in Zagreb, at the round table: “How to encourage owners of small and medium enterprises to be prepared for business transfers?” on the business transfer of ownership, that was successfully organized by CEPOR (CEPOR – SMEs and Entrepreneurship Policy Center).
The round table was organized in the framework of the EU project: BTAR – Business Transfer Awareness Raising and brought together the main stakeholders in the process of business transfer of ownership and mergers & acquisitions of SMEs.
