11th Global Exhibition Barometer survey is expecting growth across the exhibition industry
CBBS – Management Consulting & Business Building Company Ltd (Zagreb) member of UFI (The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry), took part in 11th Global Exhibition Barometer survey conducted by UFI in June 2013.
In 11th Global Barometer survey, took part 217 companies, UFI members, from 56 countries. Results of Survey, together with the previous surveys conducted by UFI since the end of 2008, give an insight of the economic crisis on the exhibition industry.
As exhibitions are often considered to be „a mirror“ of national/regional economy, the results of the 11th Global Exhibition Barometer Survey can help in estimating the present and future growth of economy in the certain parts of the world. Americas and Asia are the regions showing more optimism and expecting faster recovery than Europe, where majority of the companies is expecting the growth from 2014.
For the majority of the companies the key issues are still: “global economic uncertainty” and “the state of the national/regional economy“.
